 We will ship the documents to your oversea address.By law the real estate notarymust give an explanation about the property. (It will be done over SKYPE.)

After contract, we will show a final invoice.Lump sum must be wired one week before the settlement.

On settlement day, we will transfer the money to the seller.Simultaneously, the scrivener will bring all of documents to registry in order to register the property under new owner's name.You will receive title deed approximately two weeks after the registration.
